You Know That Even Mild Exercise and Movement Will Help You

The effects of even minor lifestyle changes are well documented, doing something you know is positive gives you a mental boost, it can lower blood pressure and cholesterol levels as well as increasing blood oxygen.  However, there are specific conditions that can be helped by understanding what and how you should do things.  The education side can be as beneficial as the actions themselves, but it’s not obligatory.  If you want to know more, I’ll teach you all you need to understand more about how to improve the quality of your life, if not, that’s fine too.

You may be self-conscious, I understand that, which is why I work with the majority of my clients in the comfortable and private setting of my home in Stamford.  If needs be, I can even come to you but it’s usually better to get you into a different, comfortable environment.

Help with Diabetes

“More people than ever have diabetes, and more people than ever are at risk of Type 2 diabetes.
If nothing changes, it’s predicted that 5.5 million people will have diabetes in the UK by 2030.”*

Research has consistently shown that for many people, combined lifestyle interventions – including diet, physical activity and sustained weight loss – can be highly effective in reducing the risk of Type 2 diabetes by around 50%.

So, if you have, or are at risk of having, Type 2 Diabetes it is something I can almost certainly help you with.  The majority of people in the ‘risk zone’ can get out of it.  Even those who have perhaps had the condition for a while can be helped.

Don’t become, or remain, one of the millions that suffer with Type 2 Diabetes, Diabetes is a common disease that I can help you with.
